If I could give Corey 6 stars I would! He is a life saver. Our complicated Lennox AC unit failed on Saturday after 5pm during the recent heat wave and everywhere else that I called had closed. My wife looked on Yelp and came across Refined Commercial Services with all the top ratings. Corey answered the phone and said he could come over at 10pm which was fine with us as the house felt like an oven. We immediately got a good feeling about Corey because of the sincerity in his voice, his positive attitude, and clearly his strong work ethic. When he arrived, he was systematic with his analysis of the problem and thoroughly went through the entire system. He was able to narrow down the area and soon diagnosed the problem to a faulty sensor. He fixed the problem in minutes.
I asked Corey for 2 business cards so I could tape one to our AC unit, and pin the other one to our cork board with all our other important business cards. I've found our HVAC tech for life. We're also adding him to our list for our fridges. My wife said "This is the kind of small business owner that we need to support". Thanks Corey.
